This new watch from Citizen, the AIBATO M Bluetooth, has a Bluetooth feature that can actually interact with your cell phone and alerts you of calls as well as showing caller information. It can also show emails and features a cool news ticker. One of its coolest (?) features is that it can even remotely operate a camera.
