Vans is releasing a special edition version of the Authentic to commemorate the Summer Sonic ’09 music festival in Japan. The Summer Sonic ’09 Authentics feature an all black canvas upper, with a tartan check flannel-type lining on the inside. The “Off The Wall” tab on the back is replaced with the tartan check pattern also. The Vans Authentic “Summer Sonic ’09″ will be released August 7th. Via Highsnobiety.
