As if iTunes and AppleTV aren’t already easy enough to operate, this free app, called Remote iPhone App, allows you to get lazy with your iPhone or iPod touch. Remote iPhone App allows you to use your iPhone or iPod touch as a remote, and with it you can play, pause, skip, shuffle, go through playlists, view album art, and much more without getting up from the couch.

Remote uses your WiFi network, so you can be pretty much anywhere in the house and still have control over what’s playing. You can also create and update your Genius playlists, or edit your iTunes playlists. Remote is a very useful application, but don’t let it make you too lazy!
