Nixon continues another monthly release series with the Fluro Rubber Player Watch. As the first series was a hit, the first drop is in orange, and is released for the month of August. Lockheed Martin Corporation is released the Luminox F-117 Nighthawk Watch. Using black PVD which stands for physical vapor deposition, plated stainless steel, and made for tough military combat, with the standards outlined in U.S Armed Forces Military Specifications #W-46374F. August is a busy month for Casio and the G-Shock line. First we showed you the August 2009 releases from G-Shock, and now we have heard some exciting news on a G-Shock x Mr. Cartoon collaboration. The model used is the DW-6900, colors are navy/grey, and features graphics by Mr. Cartoon. WWD has said we can expect collaborations with Redman and Todd Jordan.
Casio will take the G-Shock line and collaborate with Phantaci to launch a special watch collection. Picking the popular G-Shock models, this mash-up is to accommodate the Taiwan Shock The World Campaign. The Ceramic Player is Nixon’s first Swiss-made ceramic watch. It features a very minimalistic design, made with 100 meter solid ceramic body and a clean face that’s absent of numbers.
